About Ken

Ken is the Founder and Principal of Integrity Medical Courier Training and has been in the medical delivery business since 1980 when he began as a courier with a local, medium-market diagnostic laboratory. When that laboratory was purchased by SmithKline Beecham Clinical Labs, (now known as Quest Diagnostics), Ken was promoted to a driver-trainer where he received extensive training in their Philadelphia corporate offices.

For 15-plus years Ken and his wife, Linda, also owned and operated two successful medical-specialty courier services in both the Minneapolis-St Paul and Colorado markets.

Ken began Integrity Medical Courier Training in 2003 and has trained couriers throughout the United States as well as couriers in Canada and couriers in the largest National Laboratory in Singapore.

Because of Ken’s experience, training, and knowledge, he has participated in various professional media interviews and has been published many times in industry periodicals, attended a variety of industry conferences to include Lab Manager Safety Summit (2019), CLMA’s Knowledge Lab (2014), and several CLDA and FMA conferences.

He has also been honored to present at various conventions throughout the years including the Medical Transportation Summit (2013, 2014, 2015), Key Software’s User Conference, Datatrac’s Elevate (2013), several CLDA conferences, California’s Delivery Association, and Courier Magazine’s “Special Delivery” (2006).

Ken and Integrity Medical Courier Training has also been pleased to host and sponsor three of its own “Medical Transportation Summit’s” connecting courier company owners with valuable resources and healthcare decision-makers ~ and looks forward to hosting more in the future!
