The “live webinar” option is a pre-scheduled webinar that is presented with an Instructor live via Zoom (phone, tablet, or desktop) and lasts 3 to 3.5 hours depending on the role of the attendee.
This webinar includes specimen handling and transportation’s Best Practice Standards, HIPAA compliance, proper equipment including what kind of coolers and spill kits to use, how to maintain specimen integrity, safe specimen transportation, exposure control and how to use a spill kit.
Owners and Admin staff will also receive incident reporting, sales tips (includes handout), and an OSHA regulatory overview as it applies to medical courier services.
A comprehensive and professionally bound Owner manual is included with the New Start-Up option, and for established companies with dispatchers, a Dispatch manual is also included.
Annual recertification is required by OSHA/Best Practice Standards and lasts approximately 1.5 hours.
A variety of time slots are available throughout each month including some Saturdays to accommodate all schedules and time zones!
